Narnia, a musical based on the C.S. Lewis classic, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, was adapted by Jules Tasko, with music by Ted Brachman. Afarin Tehrani directored. Music direction was by Rosalyn Bellows and choreography was by Amanda Heath.
British family's children - Peter (Leif Hansen), Susan (Katy Perreard), Edmond (Chris Peterson) and Lucy (Amy Beth Lindvall) - are sent to the coutnry home of a retired old Professor (Walt Foster) during World War II. First Lucy, then Edmond, and then the other children find their way through a magical wardrobe into the land of Narnia, where they meet talking animals, dwarfs, and fauns. And they learn that the cruel White Witch (Amy Mikkelborg) has cast her spell over Narnia so "It's always winter but never Christmas."
The children battle evil creatures and cope with treachery, but also make many friends. With the help of Aslan the Lion (Reed Rasmussen), they defeat the evil witch. Freedom and spring return to Narnia. Total audience was almost 3,000.
